Shipping policy
Shipping within the Continental US
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays due to postal services are out of our control.

Local pick up is available within Houston at a pre-arranged public location. The delivery will be scheduled after full payment is received. A $5 fee applies for rescheduling within less than 24 hours of delivery/pickup. Contact leslie@leslieespinoart.com to arrange local delivery/pickup.
International Shipping (including Hawaii and Alaska)
For international shipping please contact leslie@leslieespinoart.com. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leslie Espino Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do you check the status of your order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leslie@leslieespinoart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please contact leslie@leslieespinoart.com for shipping to P.O. boxes. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes, so non-standard shipping may apply.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at leslie@leslieespinoart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
