From the Jungle Collection:
I had a pile of paintings that I made mistakes on. Instead of trashing them, I started playing. There was no pressure to create something finished - if I messed up, oh well, it goes into the trash. Then I realized, that's no different than a fresh sheet of paper.
That "mistake" pile seeded my jungle collection and helped me outgrow my fear of failure.
